We steamrolled Faction Champs using our elite PvE server knowledge of PvP strategy, and progressed to the best fight in the instance. Black and white, balls, female twins and a healthy dose of innuendo? This fight is a comedic goldmine. Nothing my meager photo editing skills can muster could possibly do this fight justice. Still, I thought I would dig into the Blizzard archives and show you what the fight originally was conceived as: a vehicle fight where you ride a ball eating monster!

As someone who loves Ikaruga, this fight was a lot of fun. I’m all for Blizzard “paying tribute to” (aka stealing) mechanics from other games if they result in fights like this.
